Our Customer Service Team is tasked with making sure that you and your staff are fully taken care of. However, we do have one requirement. We like to see that all support requests go through the Support Desk. If you email/text the technicians directly or call them on their mobile phones, they may gently remind you to always contact support so services can be coordinated. There are 3 ways of contacting support and they are below. We are here during normal business hours and available after hours for emergency only issues.
